From August 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026
AMIGAugust is about streaming anything Amiga related on Twitch during August. We use the event name in title and tags and raid out to other participants when possible. Even if you only do just one Amiga stream your participation is still welcome! You can play games, play or create music, watch/create demos, draw or show Amiga art or maybe code games. Anything Amiga goes!
In addition to chaining raids we offer a little optional challenge competition for those interested. There's a prize for the winner and a random draw for a participation award. The more points you get the more likely you are to win the raffle but you can win with even just one point!
The event lasts for the whole month. The optional competition challenges are revealed August 1st at noon UTC.
By joining your streams will be automatically featured on this site when you use the AMIGAugust tag. Remember to join the Discord server too!

Challenges
Challenge Rules
All challenges must be streamed live on Twitch.
Default game and WHDLoad options must not be changed unless it is explicitly required in the instructions for the given challenge.
Check the required game version for each challenge from the specific challenge rules.
Trainers, cheats, save states and such can't be used when completing challenges, but they are allowed for practicing.
Co-op challenges can be done locally or via netplay. We recommend using AmigaLive for netplay. You can only submit runs with one partner for each co-op challenge (you can play different challenges with different people).
For hi-score and speedrun challenges earlier submissions get ranked higher if multiple submissions have the same score/time.
Always include a highlight/clip of the challenge being completed and the timestamps for the VOD in the submission comments for verification.
If a challenge allows using saving/passwords and you want do the challenge in parts, always include the saving process in the submission after completing a goal. You have to start your next submission from loading from the save you created after completing the previous goal. Same goes for passwords: The earned passwords must be shown in the submission for each goal. Challenge specific rules always have priority.
